Industrial-Organizational (I/O) seeks to use psychological ideas, theories, and studies in the workplace to produce intended results and to preserve psychological health and human dignity. Hence, it aims to grasp the influences affecting workplace productivity, as well as concerns regarding employees’ mental and physical well-being.
